    • 1 postpartum planning meeting (completed before birth)

      • Birth processing support

      • Basic newborn care

      • Peer breastfeeding support

      • Light house work

      • Light meal preparation

      • Watch over baby or other children while you rest or shower

PREGANCY
RELEASE

  • Data shows that a third of women in the US have had an abortion. It is also estimated that 30% of all pregnancies will result in a miscarriage. Despite this common experience, many people undergo abortions and miscarriage in isolation or with little support. With every pregnancy outcome, my job is to provide non-judgemental support and ensure you feel safe, heard, and cared for throughout your journey. Support could look like any combination of the following:

    • Accompaniment during appointments or at-home medical abortions

    • Traditional aftercare treatments (see Traditional Remedies)

    • Ceremony

    • Grief processing program

    • In person and virtual sessions

Traditional Remedies 

  • Traditional remedies are often incorporated in postpartum visits and are catered to the needs of the client.

    • Cerrada/closing of the bones ceremony 

    • Abdominal massage/sobada and binding 

    • Cesarean scar tissue remediation massage (only performed 6+ weeks postpartum)

    • Pelvic steam 

    • Herbal bath 

    • Post-birth debrief and processing support

    • Limpias 

    Traditional remedies may be incorporated in my packages, added on, or requested on their own.  Please inquire for rates.
